He was predeceased by : his father George Freeman. He is survived by : his wife Aurora; his mother Jean Freeman; the father of his child Phillip Freeman; his daughter Kathryn Dunikowski (Freeman); his son-in-law Sean Dunikowski; and his siblings, Daniel (Debbie), Brian (Marjorie), Ann (Wayne) and Maureen (Les). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and sisters- and brothers-in-laws, and numerous relatives and friends.

He was helpful to me and to many of the other group members, with his knowledge of what they were going through, his Weekly Digest emails, and his continuous optimism in the face of his struggles.
