He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Belrose and Marion Belrose (Frankish); his brother Harold Belrose (Vi); and his brothers-in-law, Joe Hooey (Nancy) and Ivan Hooey (Doris).
He is survived by: his wife Joan Belrose (Hooey); his children, Trudi Belrose and Terry Belrose (Nadine Kruger); his granddaughter Gemma Belrose (Teo Barnard); his sisters, Linda Stanfield (Ted) and Susan Chambers; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Hooey (late Sharon) and Gail (Hooey) Gillespie (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and his many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre Foundation, Barrie would be appreciated by the family.
