He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his child Ludy; his grandchildren, Bianca, Desiree, Ludwig and Rebecca; and his niece Marianne (Al McCully).

A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carruthers & Davidson Funeral Home - Wasaga Beach Chapel (509 River Rd W, Wasaga Beach, ON L9Z2X2). A prayer was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
