He was predeceased by : his siblings, Helen Burgess, Bob Freethy and Dorothy Freethy. He is survived by : his wife Linda Freethy; his children, Rob Freethy of Huntsville, ON, Jennifer (Perry Karsten) of Kincardine, ON. and Randy Freethy (Liz) of Dallas, TX.; his grandchildren, Rachel Karsten (Nick Furler), Jonathan Karsten and Zachary Freethy; and his brother Norm Freethy (Shirley).
If desired, a donation to either First Presbyterian Church, Collingwood or Faith Missionary Church, Wasaga Beach would be appreciated by Nelson's family.
