He was predeceased by : his grandchild Jesse Morningstar; his brother-in-law Roger Prieur; and his parents, Leo Laporte and Theresa "Terry" Laporte of Dunnville. He is survived by : his wife Anne Marie; his children, Lise (Jason Morningstar) of Sarnia, Chrissy (Steve Bayley) of Cambridge and Peter Wilson (Tanya Lawrence) of Wasaga Beach; his grandchildren, Jett, Tyler, Peyton Bayley, Maddison, Grayson and Elijah "Eli" Wilson; his sisters, Beverley Laporte of Hamilton and Joan (Rick Mowat) of Dunnville; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Prieur (June), Monique Jeannine (Bryan Jackson), Evangeline Leo (John Lachance), Rita (late Jeff Sorrell), Cathy (Tom Osborne), Larry Prieur (Joan) and Paulette (Gerry Pare). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great- nieces and nephews, cousins, and his many friends.
