He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman McLeod and Dorothy McLeod (Duff); his significant other Janet McLeod (Grisack); and his grandchildren, Greta, Violet and Henry Schatzker.
He is survived by: his children, Jo-Anne McLeod (Blain Neufeld), Laura McLeod (Mark Schatzker) and Gavin McLeod (Jill Barbour); his sisters, Marilyn Hartley (late Doug) and Diane Burwell (Don); his brothers-in-law, Tom Grisack and Tim Grisack; and his pet Mitzie. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
