We bid farewell to Florence McDonald (Washago, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 12, 2025 at the age of 79. Florence touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph McDonald; her siblings, Rosemary Jeffray (Carl), John Plouffe (Maura), Ernest Plouffe (Carmen), Henery Plouffe, Arthur Plouffe (Lorraine), Lloyd Plouffe (Dora), Gerald Plouffe (Jackie) and Cecile St. Louis (Tony); and her parents, Frank Boudreau and Rose Boudreau.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Lee (Steve) and Brian McDonald (Sharmane); her grandsons, Michael McDonald (Taylor) and Mark Lee; her great grandchildren, Luke Morris, Blake Willis, Scarlette Willis, Emmett Morris and Jaxon O'Neill; and her sister Jeane Boudreau (late Phil).
A prayer will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Mundell Funeral Home (79 West Street N, Orillia, ON L3V5C1). Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Church (3315 Muskoka St, Washago, ON L0K2B0).
