He was predeceased by: his brother Dr Robert Duke (Bob); his sister-in-law Alayne Duke; and his parents, Montreal and France. He is survived by: his wife Lynne; his children, Donna Stokes (Sandy) and Christopher Duke (Jill); his grandchildren, Brandon (Amy), Abbygail and Carter; and his stepgranddaughters, Ella and Olivia.
