It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Martin Andrew Dieleman (Waterdown, Ontario), who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, Adrian and Joanne; and his siblings, Joanne Kok, Deny, Adrian (Karen), Peter (Valerie), Paul, Albert (Miranda) and Sam (Wendy). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Anchor Christian Homes would be appreciated by the family.
