She was predeceased by : her daughter Melissa; her granddaughters, Emma, Ella and Alana; her parents, Pieter Hollander and Henny Den Hollander; her brother Peter Den Hollander; and her brother-in-law Rob Dixon.

She is survived by : her husband Graham Dixon; her children, Sarah Den Hollander, Amanda Dixon and Nathan Dixon; her siblings, Jane Den Hollander (Bruce Shelton), Ralph Den Hollander and Anita Poort (John); her siblings-in-law, Tom Dixon (Sylvia), Rosie Russell (Scott), Wendy VanZeben (Rob) and Michelle Krick (Dave); her parents-in-law, Tom and Betty Dixon; her grandchildren, Damian, Seth, Ethan, Arianna and Chase; her nephew Mike; and her niece Jenny Den Hollander. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her dialysis friends.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
