It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cornelius Johannes Koopman (Waterford, Ontario), who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Afra, Jan, Arie and Netherlands. He is survived by: his wife Mary Wagemaker; his children, Elizabeth (Raymond DePauw), John (Truda Koopman), Karen (Steve Lindsay), Janet (Bill Brunton), Keith (Diane Koopman) and Christine (Hyacinth DeAlmedia); and his sister Catrien Ruyter. He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren & 12 Great Grandchildren.
