He is survived by: his wife Barbara Slawich; his children, Brenna Slawich, Chris Slawich and Matt Slawich (Kaitie Stewart); his grandchildren, Brayden, Ariyah and DJ; his mother Bev Slawich (late Walter); and his siblings, Jim Slawich (Victoria), Dave Slawich (Judy), Chuck Slawich (Vanessa), Bob Slawich (Rose), Kevin Slawich (Sherry), Mark Slawich (Val), Heather Grosse (Phil) and Steve Slawich (Debra). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
