He was predeceased by : his wife Margaret (Dove); his son David Nakonechny; and his siblings, Georgia, Leola, Gloria, Nora, Nellie, Douglas, Reginald and Larry.
He is survived by : his children, Judy Gilbert Lindsay, Ken (Lisa), Kathy Donn (Peter) and Kris Murray (Mark); his grandchildren, Angela (John), Aaron (Trevor), Andrew (Robyn), Matthew (Kori), Davis, Adriane, Kasandra (Mike), Karson (Vikki), Krandon (Amanda), Bradley (Calla), Brittany (Braedon), Breelyn, Jason and Ahley (Lindsey); his brother Gerald (Brenda); his siblings-in-law, Lavina, Margaret, Alice, Anna Fleming (Murray), Edna Clark, David Dove (Barb) and Harold Dove; and his close friend Jan Porteous. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Following Covid 19 funeral guidelines the family will have a private service and a celebration of life will be held in the future.
