Eric MacKenzie Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eric MacKenzie (Waterford, Ontario), who passed away on October 23, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his brother Phillip MacKenzie; and his siblings-in-law, John Tanchak and Mary Hunter. He is survived by : his wife Margaret; his children, Dwayne (Melody) and Donna (Nick); his grandchildren, Eva, Markus and Jeremy (Karen); his great grandchild Owen; his sibling Sarina Bayer; his siblings-in-law, Dan Tanchak (Marg) and Ruth Smith (Lyle); and his friend Steve Balint of Simcoe. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and extended family.
Eric lived for 10 years at Norview Lodge in Simcoe and the family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, PSWs and administrative staff there for their compassionate and consistent care, especially through the COVID pandemic.
