He was predeceased by: his wife Clara (McCurdy); his parents, Cliff Branigan and Estella Branigan; and his sister Betty Krug. He is survived by: his children, Gwen Young, Kathryn Campbell (Harvey), David and Mary Ellen Moyer; and his sister Bonnie Campbell.
As expressions of sympathy donations may be made in George's memory to St. Joseph's Lifecare Centre directed to Family Council or the Canadian Lung Association.
