He was predeceased by: his siblings, Emma (Emilio), Livia, Fiorina, Frank and Nando; and his brother-in-law Joseph.

He is survived by: his wife Janice (Horvath); his children, John (Anne), Deanna (Don), Jerry (Debbie), Joe, Gino and Tanya (Stefan); his grandchildren, Rebecca (Akram), Alana (Lyle), Crystal (Adam), Jason, Nick, Hannah, Zander, Noah, Daniel, Luca, Anna and Lily; his great grandchildren, Lyam, Finn, Dean, Liam and Jonas; his sister Joanna; and his sisters-in-law, Rita and Anna Maria. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy in memory of Guido may be made to Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice.
