He was predeceased by : his father William "Bill" Smith. He is survived by : his mother Evelyn Smith; his sibling Kim Sandola (Frank); and also Chelsie Sharp (Adam). He is also survived by his extended family, friends and co-workers.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and subsequent restrictions on gathering, a Private Family Service will be held.
