He was predeceased by : his siblings, Rose Swiderovich, Bill, Alex, Edward, Sid, Peter, Charles and Irving.

He is survived by : his wife Olga (Brazina); his sons, Larry (Lidia) and Randy (Judy); and his siblings, Ken, Andy, Sam, Walter and Myris Carpenter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 21st 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson-Mott Funeral Home Chapel (62 Main St N, Waterford, ON N0E1Y0). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Waterford Greenwood Cemetery.
