She was predeceased by : her husband Arthur Caughill; her son-in-law Grant Francis; her great grandchild Shayne Tattersall; her parents, Orval Hall and Ruth Hall; her brothers, Ivan, Ronald and Gerald Hall; and her siblings-in-law, Howard (Peg), George (Rose), Lloyd (Jean), Les Emery (Nellie), Allen Caughill, Mavis Findllayson and Dorothy Wiedrick (Lawrence).

She is survived by : her children, Audrey Francis-Dougherty (Keith Dougherty), Linda Norman (Rick), Dennis Caughill (Janet), Joyce Breedyk (Dick) and Garry Caughill (late Gail); and her siblings, Fern Slack (Ross), Jo McBride, Shirley Caughill and Ross Caughill (Marion). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 13th 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson-Mott Funeral Home Chapel (62 Main St N, Waterford, ON N0E1Y0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 14th 2023 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, September 14th 2023 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Waterford Greenwood Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to Rural Life Missions or Key Bible Club.
