She was predeceased by: her husband John Kohl; and her siblings, Joyce Bezzo (late Gene), Walter Riddell (late Jackie) and Gary Riddell. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Thompson (Branden Mudford), Shari Shepherd (Doug) and Bob Thompson (Carrie); her stepchildren, Josh Kohl, Tanya Lewis and Natasha Kohl; her grandchildren, Brendan, Jonathan, Jordan, Taylor, Tristan, Nathan (Renee), James and Lucas; her stepchildren, Lincoln and Leigha; and her sisters, Helen Duesling (late Bob) and Nancy Dixon (Harvey). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Thompson Mott Funeral Home (62 Main St N, Waterford, ON N0E1Y0). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
