Sonya Marks Obituary

Sonya Marks passed away on October 26, 2026. Sonya leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Marks; and her son Jason Marks. She is survived by: her children, Paul Marks, Tod Marks and Crystal Young (Bryan); her grandchildren, Amanda Bailey (Curtis Pike) and Aaron Marks (Dayna); her great grandchildren, William Bailey, Louie Bailey and Adam Marks; and her siblings, Glenda Jones, Jim Weaver, Mark Weaver (Dolores) and Ross Weaver (Laura). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson Mott Funeral Home (62 Main St N, Waterford, ON N0E1Y0). A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Waterford Greenwood Cemetery (611 Thompson Rd E, Waterford, ON N0E1Y0).
