He is survived by: his wife Jana Heemskerk; his children, Kristy Adeniyi (Gbenga), Ben Heemskerk and Maria Lowrick (Kurt); his sisters, Prijna Gingrich (Allen) and Anna Pfohl; his brother-in-law Petr Vales (Noma); his nieces and nephews, Yvonne, Shane (Sarah), Micah (Karen) and Travis (Jan); his grandchildren, Jaedyn, Aviya, Kallen, Avalon and Elijana; and his pets, Mayowa and Mylo.
