She was predeceased by : her former life partner John Smith; her husband William Lambert; and her daughter Linda Driedger. She is survived by : her sister Frances Miller; her children-in-law, Ron Driedger and Trish Hofstetter; and her grandchildren, Christine Driedger, Cassandra Smith, Zeck Smith, Kenny Smith and Hunter Lambert.

Donations in Gerrie's memory may be made to the Cancer Society in memory of her daughter Linda and first husband John, or to Parkminster United Church.
