She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Leo Forwell; her parents, Lavina Cook and Milton Cook; her siblings, Shirley Sparrow and John Cook; and her daughter-in-law Patricia Forwell.
She is survived by: her sisters, Joan Wallace and Lynn Cogley (John); her children, Susan (Peter), Lorie (Bill), Rod, Bartley (Inge) and Grammie; her grandchildren, Kristy, Amanda (Pablo), Dianna (Cameron), Jake, Carson and Chase; and her stepgrandchildren, Ted (Alex), Suzy, Michael (Nadege), Andrew (Genevieve), John (Tonia) and Jennifer.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home (171 King St S, Waterloo, ON N2J1P7). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, May 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St Agnes Catholic Church (75 Bluevale St N, Waterloo, ON N2J3R7). A burial will be held on Monday, May 25th 2026 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Parkview Cemetery (335 University Ave E, Waterloo, ON N2K3M7).
In lieu of flowers, Elizabeth has asked that you donate to a guide dogs program in your area and/or the St. Vincent de Paul Society of Our Lady of Lourdes church.
