He was predeceased by: his son Murray Duff; his parents, Kenneth Duff and Irene Duff (McConnell); his siblings, Donald Duff (Gwen) and Florence Bosomworth (Charles); and his brother-in-law Carl Hoelscher.
He is survived by: his wife Bea Duff (Martin-Schmidt) of Waterloo; his children, Ron Duff (Sharon) of Drayton, Karen (Dan Scarrow) of Waterloo and Paul Duff (Kathy) of Alabama; his grandchildren, Holly Duff, Matt, Krystal Duff, Brittany Scarrow, Tyler, Bryce Scarrow, Hannah, MacKenzie Duff, Grahme, Jordan Duff and Taylor Duff; his great grandchildren, Alexander and Quinn; his sisters, Catherine Hoelscher and Doris McNamee Fondly (Geoffrey); his stepchildren, Dave, Sue, Ruth, Debbie and Brad; and his grandchildren, Shelby and Adam. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and friends.
