Gloria leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Gloria’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Gloria will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Harry Heimbecker; and her parents, Wilfred Rivers and Eleanor Rivers. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Baker (Einar Carlsen), Judy Bryan (Roy), Brian Heimbecker (Laurie), David Heimbecker (Elesia) and Steven Heimbecker (Diana Lang); and her sister-in-law Joan Schnell.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home (171 King St S, Waterloo, ON N2J1P7).
