He is survived by: his wife Jan Gottschalk; his daughters, Jill Duken (Ralf) and Jamie Dujardin (Pierre); his grandchildren, Elsa, Ewan, Abi Duken, Sebastian and Remy Dujardin of Berkhamsted; his siblings, Jim and Kathy; his siblings' children, Emma, Grace of Kitchener, Jake, Scott, Maggie Claus, Kim Crowther (Gabe) and Kate Crowther (Joe); his mother Katie Gottschalk; Carrie Claus (Gerald), Ted Crowther (Carole) and Rob Crowther (Janet).
