He is survived by: his children, Mary Bond (Geoff), Paul Meechan (Denise), Patricia Gyulay (Les), Eileen Meechan, Catherine Motz (Paul), Clare Meechan and Thomas Meechan (Heather); and his grandchild Scottish "Seanair".
