She is survived by: her sons, Carter and Austin; her parents, Donna Cumming and Keith Cumming; her brother Terrance Kosikar; her aunts and uncles, Jodi Pearce (Todd), Lexi Amatruda (Dan), Carol Irvin, Carol Cramp, Bob Kosikar and Rick Kosikar; and her cousins, Kendra, Kyle, Brianne, Brendan, Nick, Lexi, Casey, Randie, Kim, Jodi, Michael, Tony, David, Kevin, Laurie, Debbie and Mark.
