She was predeceased by: her siblings-in-law, Delbert and Kathy. She is survived by: her husband Marc Kilgour; her daughters, Valerie (Andrew) and Julia (Hazel); her sister Ruth; her siblings-in-law, Connie (Peter) and Steve; and her nieces and nephews, Susan, Jocelyn, David and Jeff.
Joan's family requests donations in lieu of flowers to the Canadian Cancer Society.
