In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Joanne had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Joanne may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Priebe and Ruth Priebe (Gregory). She is survived by: her husband Ross McDonald; her children, Shaun McDonald (Sandie) and Stephanie (Jason Albrecht); her grandchildren, Chloe McDonald, Charlotte Albrecht and Alexander Albrecht; and her brother Brian Priebe. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Waterloo Region through the funeral home.
