She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald Hayward and Elizabeth Hayward; her husband Lewis; her daughter Gina; and her siblings, Beatrice, Art and Bill.

She is survived by: her son Ryan (Susan Chilton). She is also survived by step-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
