He was predeceased by: his son Thomas Andrew; his parents, Louis Paleczny and Natalia Paleczny; his sisters, Ann (Bob Tschirhart), Jenny (John Liszak), Angela (Walter Lis), Frances (Wilfred Miehm), Helen (Jack Shanahan), Amelia Evans and Jeanette (Bob Pullin); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Hill and Carol Embro.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Willow Auswald Kathleen (Loriann), Mike, Jakob Stankowitsch Lou and Jay; his brother Ronnie; his siblings-in-law, Alice Paleczny, Gary Embro, Allan Hill and Warren Embro; and also Elizabeth Embro.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home (171 King St S, Waterloo, ON N2J1P7). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Louis RC Church (53 Allen St E, Waterloo, ON N2J1J3). A reception will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memory Gardens Cemetery (2723 Victoria St N, Breslau, ON N0B1M0).
