She was predeceased by: her son Helmut Splettstoesser Jr.; her parents, Lorne Durst and Ada Durst; and her brothers, Earl and Ronald Durst.
She is survived by: her husband Helmut Splettstoesser; her daughter Debbie Chamberlain; her daughter-in-law Krisztina Thoroughgood; her grandchildren, Becky Renaud, Trista Renaud, Raquel Sutherland, Helmut Splettstoesser Jr. and Jessica Splettstoesser; her nephews, David and Scott Durst; and her niece Caryl Durst. She is also survived by her fourteen great-grandchildren.
