She was predeceased by : her husband John Starkey; and her parents, Albert Norton and Margaret Norton (Paget). She is survived by : her son Stan Starkey (Lori) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Jon Starkey, Jenn Meesters (Ryan), Michael Starkey and James Starkey (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Faith, Livey, Joshua, Micah, Tyler, Ava, Juliette, Colton and Caleb; and her sisters, Audrey, Arlene, Frances, Sharon and Lynn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
