She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bauer and Bernice Bauer; her brother Anthony; and her stepdaughter Cassie. She is survived by: her husband David Forte; her children, Allie (Justin), Samantha (Erik), Jamie (Charley) and Ryan (Peyton); her grandchildren, Leo, Rhys, Lucy, Caleb, Eliza and Callie; her siblings, Christine Gasselle (Roger), Therese Bauer, Rebecca Kosumovic (Ryan), Kim (Barb), Dan (Ann), Ben (Mary Anne) and Joe; and her in-laws, Jim Forte, Gary, Marjorie Forte, Brenda, Ralph Schmidt, Chris Stallard, Joanne Forte, Donny and Lisa Griffin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home (171 King St S, Waterloo, ON N2J1P7). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 8:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Louis RC Church (53 Allen St E, Waterloo, ON N2J1J3). A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Parkview Cemetery (335 University Ave E, Waterloo, ON N2K3M7).
