Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Olena Lautenschlager (Waterloo, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 92, on October 4, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelm Thuroo and Wilhelmina (William); her son Barry; and her siblings, Olga, Elva, Era, Oscar, Edgar, Eldon and Elmer.
She is survived by: her husband William Lautenschlager; her children, Brian Lautenschlager (Stacey) and Brenda Lautenschlager; and her sibling Orland Thuroo (Catherine) of Hanna Alberta. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home Historic Kuntz House (171 King St S, Waterloo, ON N2J1P7).
