He is survived by : his wife Deborah Black; his children, Sarah Grill (Andrew), Mark Grill (Brandi) and Kathryn Kerr (Jon); his stepchildren, Laura Black and Spencer Black; his grandsons, Ben Grill and Julian Grill Heeren; his sisters, Carolyn Mayeur (late Serge) and Bernice Bauberger (late Glenn); his nieces, Nicole Bauberger and Amanda DiRoma; and his nephew Tim Mayeur.
