He is survived by: his wife Krystyna Corlett (Ptasznik); his siblings, Rick Corlett (Sharon) and Dianne Meyer (Terry); his mother-in-law Halina Ptasznik; and his sister-in-law Lucy Nicholson (Paul). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
