He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lambert and Mary Lambert; his brother John; his parents-in-law, George and Winifred Bade; and his grandchildren, Braxton, Sophie and Cameron.

He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Michael (Shelby) and Stephanie; his grandchildren, Hailey, Hayden, Jaxson, Katona and Grayson; and his siblings, Ken, Randy, Donnie and Mary Ann Miller (Doug). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
