He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick and Catherine; his brothers, Frank, Ferg, Ben, Joe and Austin; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia and Trudy.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Magdalene (Stemmler); his children, Donna (Phil), Patty (Eaton), Mary T. (Chuck), Dennis (Karen) and Colleen (Dennis); his grandchildren, Craig (Candice), Joshua (Dominique), Alex (Sam), Kyle, Nicole, Devon, Cameron, Aislin, Connor, Mackenzie, Wesley and Madison; his sisters-in-law, Suzanne, Marlene, Rosemary and Delores; and his in-law Stemmler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, neighbours and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home (171 King St S, Waterloo, ON N2J1P7). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael Roman Catholic Church (80 University Ave W, Waterloo, ON N2L3C7).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Diabetes Canada and WRHN @ Queen's Blvd. (via the WRHN Foundation).
