He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Oswald and Elden Oswald; his siblings, Edward Oswald and Brenda Hofner; and his nephew Ian McCathie.
He is survived by: his sisters, Nelda Rose Webb and Eileen Margaret McCathie. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
