He was predeceased by : his father Ford; and his brother Murray. He is survived by : his wife Debra; his mother Muriel; his nieces, Dawn, Natalie, Stephanie and Christina; and his extended family, Brad Campbell, Pamela Kaake, John Rosina and Kendra.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Cancer Society or St. Joseph's Hospice would be appreciated.
