He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Jeremy (LeeAnn), Jennifer LaJoie (Kyle), Stephanie (Mason) and Andrew (Meagan); his grandchildren, Alanna, Brennan and Kieran; his siblings, Frank (Debbie), Joanne Johnston (Larry), John (Theresa) and Helen (Ron); his sister-in-law Maria Lammers; and his in-laws, Bob McKay (Brenda), Shirley Pepper and Lynn Palin. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the Charlotte Eleanor Englehart Hospital of Bluewater Health Redevelopment Fund in support of the Emergency Department renovation.
