He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Marietta Di Nunzio. He is survived by: his wife Carmela (Nella); his children, Liliana Di Nunzio, Robert Di Nunzio and Patti Di Nunzio; his grandchildren, Chris Chandler, Brian Chandler (Lisa) and Tanya Tomassetti (Marco); and his great grandchildren, Julia, Bryce, Bianca, Cienna and Ellie.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Armstrong Funeral Home & Chapel (179 Clarence St, Port Colborne, ON L3K3G4). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Bosco Catholic Church (375 Main St W, Port Colborne, ON L3K3V9).
