We bid farewell to Carmela Geremia (Welland, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 30, 2025 at the age of 89. Carmela touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Antonio; her siblings, Incoronata, Franceschina, Alessandro, Dominico and Rossina; and her niece Mary.
She is survived by: her sisters, Belinda and Maria; her children, Michael Geremia (Janet), Laura Herrmann (Michael), Mario Geremia (Kerri-Ann) and Norma Chan (Aaron); and her grandchildren, Anthony (Jessica), Alexandra (Brian), Christopher (Emily), Alyssa (Bobby), Paul (Ashley), Charlotte, Sarah, Thomas, Emilio, Antonio, Benjamin, Zoe and Amelia.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. J. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence (19 Young St, Welland, ON L3B4C5). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the Parish Community of St. Kevin (303 Niagara St, Welland, ON L3C1K5). An entombment will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the Pleasantview Memorial Gardens (2250 ON-20, Fonthill, ON L0S1E6).
