It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecile Doris Nixon of Welland, Ontario, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cecile Doris Nixon to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her husband Leonard Nixon; her brother Bob Gilbert; and her parents, Cecil and Mary Gilbert. She is survived by : her children, Terry Haynes (Tom), Mary-Lou Cefartti (Danny), Christine Nixon and Leonard Nixon; her grandchildren, Natasha (Adam), Richard, Cory, Sierra and Justyne; her great grandchildren, Kenley, Kayden, Austin, Ava, Berklee, Cryris and Amelia; her sisters, Marie (Gil) and Louise (Jerry); and her close friend Stan.

In keeping within Covid-19 Provincial Regulations, the family is limited in the receiving of guests in person at the funeral home.
