He is survived by: his children, Adam Knuth (Brittany Knuth), Mika Hendricks (Aaron Thrasher) and Tabitha Young (Brett Young); his mother Donna Bergamashi; his sibling Glen Hendricks; and his niece Amber Hendricks. He is also survived by her children, along with many friends.
