She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; and her father James Sherk. She is survived by: her children, Ryan and Dawson DiCenso; her mother Sherry Sherk (Brian Watson); her sister Becky Callaghan (Gary); her stepson Jason (Nicole); her stepgrandchild Keagan; and her nephew Jarrod Callaghan. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

“Cheryl and I go back many years as friends and Co-workers..we had a blast working togeather..we would laugh so hard tears rolled down our faces....we lost contact after we stopped working togeather..but every now and again We would bump into each other..it was always so great to see Cheryl we would chat a bit. I only just heard of Cheryl's passing....this breaks my heart to think of her gone. Way too young...R.I.P.. My dear friend I'm miss you but my memories of you will always by with me.”
