We are sad to announce that, on November 2, 2021, Claude Belanger (Welland, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Claude Belanger to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Odilon and Jeanne. He is survived by: his son Jim; his grandchildren, Keira, Lacey and Lily-Jane; and his brother Roger (Helen).
